Open Enrollment is from November 1, 2024 through January 10, 2025. All changes will be effective January 1, 2025.

If you would like to make any changes to your current insurance please contact Renee Jones at rjones@bellmore-merrick.k12.ny.us for more information.
If you do not want to make any changes to your health insurance during Open Enrollment, you DO NOT need to do anything. Your current health insurance will remain unchanged.

If you are currently on the buyout for the 2024 calendar year and there is no change to your current buyout for the 2025 calendar year please click here: Opt-Out Form for 2025 NO CHANGE
